A typical attached deck we price is 16×20 (320 sf). Published national installed prices run $30–$60 per sq ft (average job about $8,316; range $4,340–$12,652). Pressure-treated is the low end; second-story, high-end wood, or custom is the high end.
National typical $45 per sqft. Each city page uses local wages for labor and adds the permit when the official schedule is on file.
